At Haden, we want you to love your home essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are unused and include all components to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused product in its original Haden packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
